Service and Backup.
In the event that
something goes wrong,
you need to know that someone will be there to help
you.
Remedy Retail Systems Ltd. is a service based company so
we specialise in providing technical assistance and support.
We have systems in place to ensure that in the unlikely
event that you are having problems with your system or you simply need to
speak to someone, we have a help desk available all the time.
Some of our customers trade outside normal business hours
and help is available to them as well. Most of the problems we deal
with are usually fixable over the phone but we can also connect to their
systems via the internet and solve problems as if we were on
site.
We also have a workshop where we repair hardware such as
printers and other peripherals that have been damaged by such things as
fluid spillage in say a bar.
In short we will look after you no matter what, either
during or after hours so rest assured.
